The single point of contact for technology support and service requests

Welcome to the Information Technology Services (ITS) Customer Services and Helpdesk, the University ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ of Georgia’s (¶¶ÒõÊÓƵÍøÕ¾) single point of contact for support and service requests.

ITS Customer Services and the Helpdesk provide a single point of contact, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to receive service requests and to log, track, and resolve support requests. A complete list of products and services currently supported through ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵÍøÕ¾ are available in our Service Level Guidelines.

For emergency, business interruption, or other production down situations, immediately call the ITS Helpdesk

Submit Support Requests

Submit a new or view an existing support request. This could be an issue or a question about ITS current products and services, or it could be a request to propose new, enhanced or changed functionality for any of the service areas supported by ITS. Self-service support or service requests require a user ID and password; email helpdesk@usg.edu for more information and assistance.
